Kenya Airports Authority Update on the Strike Notice by the Kenya Aviation Workers Union (KAWU)

Kenya Airports Authority would like to inform the public and all its stakeholders that the 7 day strike notice issued by Kenya Aviation Workers Union (KAWU) on 29th January 2019, stands suspended for a period of 60 days, to allow for further deliberations.

This was announced by KAWU Secretary General, Mr. Moses Ndiema at a press conference attended by the Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works, James Macharia and COTU Secretary General, Francis Atwoli.
We wish to assure the public that operations at all our airports are normal.
